I'm Jan Jayanti. I combine living a normal life with living a spiritual one. I feel joyful every day. We all can. We can live in a way which is truly spiritual, truly happy, as we do everyday things.
I first discovered this this while working in the City as one of the first female stockbrokers. I began to meditate, to read and learn.
Post-divorce I became a full-time single parent. I continued practising meditation and yoga, studied psychotherapy, read psychology books, and started to teach meditation.
I was a university law tutor for a few years. I worked recently as the admin manager of an infrastructure project. I have hobbies and a social life.
I do all these things in a spiritual and loving way - more and more so as I go on. I also become more and more happy as I go on. I’m passionate about teaching anyone who'd like to learn how to do this.
